Resumo: This essay is a reflection on network-based initiatives to conduct social projects, especially in educating the young people participating in the Urban Youth Program. This education is based on the City, Culture and Technology, through which a web of connections, relationships and actions are created among individuals and organizations. The paper discusses the new conceptions that the networks acquire with the arrival of new technologies and how action in multi-institutional networks radically changes the architecture of traditional public management.
