Resumo: This practical report describes the Urban Youth Arts and Crafts Cooperative Project (Cooperativa Artesanal dos Jovens Urbanos - CAJU), developed under the auspices of the Urban Youth Program. The CAJU was aimed at creating work and income in the Jardim Mitsutani region, in the Campo Limpo district on the outskirts of São Paulo's South Zone. Youth involved in the project mobilized talent to teach and produce arts and crafts, establishing partnerships and gaining space for learning and exchanging experiences.
