Resumo: This report describes the creation and history of the Aliados do RAP (Friends of RAP, in English) group, comprised of young people participating in the Urban Youth Program; it also summarizes the training process for the coordinators, educators and young people in the 2nd edition of the Program in São Paulo. Aliados do RAP was featured twice on the EducaRede TV Show, performing a live show on the EducaRede Interactive TV Show, produced by TV Cultura.
