Culturalism and subjectivity of work relations: an analysis of its precarisation in the textile production of agreste pernambucano

This article, which deals with the thematic of the exploitation of human labor, analyzes, in the environment of production and preparation of textiles, that makes the good part of the economy of the State of Pernambuco an existence of precarious conditions of work dismembered guardianship for the people who work in this area. This work is related to the problematic of the new context of work tasks, which provided the new forms of labor exploitation through the production of methods prior to work in analysis of the scenario of superexploration in the textile production sector agreste of the Pernambuco. The study was developed through literature review, based on titles contained in the SciELO, Capes, and Virtual Libraries databases. Through the deductive method was considered a reality of exploitation of labor as a factor of influence in the possibility of crisis generation in society and it was possible to identify a new culture of labor endowed with subjectivism and particularities in Brazil being the textile sector of the agreste of the State of Pernambuco victim of new means of abuse of the labor force. In view of this context, the need to find new protective horizons in labor relations in adaptation to the capitalist production system that has as a mark the flexibilization of labor relations remains evident.
