Resumo: | Pediatric Intensive Care Units are set up in stressful, isolation, anxiety and sensory hyperstimulation environments. This qualitative study aims to know the perspective of an ideal Pediatric ICU from the perspective of hospitalized children. Seven children aged 7 to 12 years participated. Data collection occurred through individual semi-structured interviews, associated with the drawing request made by the children. The statements were analyzed through the Content Analysis Technique that allowed the emergence of the following categories of analysis: the increase of playful activities and the family full time in the ICU. The “ideal” ICU was shown by children as a happy, fun, colorful and lively environment. A place where, in addition to taking care of their illness, the child could simply be a child, play and have fun as they usually do every day of their lives. |

Universidade Cesumar - UniCesumar2020-06-12info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion.application/pdfapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.unicesumar.edu.br/index.php/saudpesq/article/view/753910.17765/2176-9206.2020v13n2p233-241Saúde e Pesquisa; Vol 13 No 2 (2020): abr./jun.; 233-241Saúde e Pesquisa; v. 13 n. 2 (2020): abr./jun.; 233-2412176-9206reponame:Saúde e Pesquisa (Online)instname:Cesumar Diretoria de Pesquisainstacron:CESUMARporhttps://periodicos.unicesumar.edu.br/index.php/saudpesq/article/view/7539/6263https://periodicos.unicesumar.edu.br/index.php/saudpesq/article/view/7539/6264Guerra, Carolina Marchi Chesani, Fabíola Hermes Bossardi, Carina Nunes info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2020-09-02T17:28:38Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/7539Revistahttps://periodicos.unicesumar.edu.br/index.php/saudpesqPUBhttps://periodicos.unicesumar.edu.br/index.php/saudpesq/oainaep@cesumar.br2176-92061983-1870opendoar:2020-09-02T17:28:38Saúde e Pesquisa (Online) - Cesumar Diretoria de Pesquisafalse |
