Although this research has as its object the study of the behavior of gay men and bisexuals, their results can also be replicated to other members of the LGBTI community and beyond, but the option for this cut was due to a higher incidence of the practice among such subjects and by methodological reasons. In conclusive synthesis, it is observed that there are to be developed a network of support to the people involved, including specific public policy of harm reduction and proper interpretation of the legal provisions by the balance between the principles of vulnerability and autonomy of individuals, in addition to your consent in front of your ability bioethics.

Embora a presente pesquisa tenha por objeto o estudo do comportamento de homens gays e bissexuais, seus resultados também podem ser replicados aos demais membros da comunidade LGBTI e fora dela, mas a opção por este recorte se deveu à maior incidência da prática entre tais sujeitos e por razões metodológicas.
