Resumo: It is a research that bets on invention as a practice-policy of experimentation with other ways of thinking-making curricula and teacher training as an opening to other possible worlds. It aims to problematize, in spaces of continuing education, micropolitical movements that resist the mechanisms of hegemonization of education and leverage an inventive curriculum, forged in the daily lives of schools. It is constituted by collective arrangements with professors in the areas of History and Geography, in the commitment to affirm political practices that mobilize difference and desire, which are open to subjectivation processes through other ways of being in the world. The research moves in the encounter with the philosophy of difference and uses rhizomatic cartography as a methodological approach, making it possible to wander-fly on witches' brooms to transit through a field of forces that destroys representation, form. It points to teacher training as a place of invention and resistance to ways of thinking about existence subordinated to the logic of capital.

Pretende problematizar, en espacios de formación permanente, movimientos micropolíticos que resisten los mecanismos de hegemonización de la educación y aprovechan un currículo inventivo, forjado en el cotidiano de las escuelas. Está constituido por arreglos colectivos con profesores de las áreas de Historia y Geografía, en el compromiso de afirmar prácticas políticas que movilizan la diferencia y el deseo, que se abren a procesos de subjetivación a través de otras formas de estar en el mundo. La investigación se mueve en el encuentro con la filosofía de la diferencia y utiliza como abordaje metodológico la cartografía rizomática, posibilitando deambular en escobas de bruja para transitar por un campo de fuerzas que destruye la representación, la forma. Señala la formación docente como lugar de invención y resistencia a formas de pensar la existencia subordinadas a la lógica del capital.Este é o relato de uma pesquisa que aposta na invenção como prática-política de experimentação de outros modos de pensar-fazer currículos e formação docente, com abertura a outros mundos possíveis. Objetiva problematizar, nos espaços de formação continuada, movimentos micropolíticos que resistem aos mecanismos de hegemonização da educação e potencializam um currículo inventivo, forjado nos cotidianos das escolas. Constitui-se por agenciamentos coletivos com professores/as de História e Geografia, para afirmar práticaspolíticas mobilizadoras da diferença e do desejo, abertas aos processos de subjetivação por outros modos de ser/estar no mundo. A pesquisa movimenta-se no encontro com a filosofia da diferença, utilizando a cartografia rizomática como abordagem metodológica, possibilitando vaguear-voar em vassouras de bruxa para transitar por um campo de forças que destitui a representação, a forma.
