Resumo: The present text seeks to reflect on the studies and intersections between child’s play and the alterity of children in rural preschool education. It aims to build arguments that clarify the processes of strengthening the identity of rural children and their ways of (re)existing in the contexts and social/lifestyles of/on the countryside. To this end, the text discusses the processes of human subjectivity based on the dialectics of objectivity-subjectivity, alterity, and identity. It also addresses the theme of child’s play as an emancipatory and liberating tool in children’s development. Finally, the article reaffirms the importance of considering rural children as “beings of struggle,” a process that is formed in the relations with their rural family and the culture and struggles of the countryside. As “beings of struggle,” attention must be drawn to processes such as autonomy, protagonism, and participation, which are fundamental for child’s play to strengthen the alterity of rural children.

Tiene como objetivo construir argumentos que aclaren los procesos de fortalecimiento de la identidad de los niños campesinos y sus formas de (re)existir en contextos y modos de vida (sociabilidad) en el campo y/o del campo. Para ello, el texto discursa sobre los procesos de subjetivación humana a partir de la dialéctica objetividad-subjetividad, alteridad e identidad. También trata el tema del juego como un dispositivo emancipador y de libertad en la formación de los niños. Finalmente, el artículo reafirma la importancia de considerar al niño del campo como un "ser de lucha", proceso que se va constituyendo en la relación con su familia campesina y con la cultura y las pautas de lucha del campo. Como "ser de lucha", es necesario poner atención a procesos como: la autonomía, el protagonismo y la participación, que son fundamentales para que los juegos fortalezcan la alteridad de los niños campesinos.Este texto busca refletir sobre estudos e interseções entre a alteridade e a brincadeira da criança na Educação Infantil do campo; objetiva construir argumentos que esclareçam os processos de fortalecimento da identidade das crianças camponesas e suas formas de (re)existir em contextos e modos de vida/sociabilidade no/do campo; discorre sobre processos de subjetivação humana, a partir da dialética objetividade-subjetividade, alteridade e identidade, tratando ainda da brincadeira como dispositivo emancipatório e de liberdade na formação das crianças; por fim, reafirma a importância de considerarmos a criança do campo como ser de luta, num processo que vai se constituindo na relação com sua família camponesa e com a cultura e as pautas de luta do campo.
