Resumo: The multiple forms of gender and behavior of each individual are linked to several factors mainly to sex and sexuality . wonders : How the Law contributed to the construction of gender ? The aim of the study is to understand the status of women in patriarchy that received the trace of the excluded, provided that the law reproduced and as construction occurred and the configuration of identities that are socially accepted and sacralized by religion today. The mode of reasoning used is systemic and history.

Questiona-se: Como o Direito contribuiu para a construção do gênero? O objetivo do estudo é compreender a condição feminina no patriarcado que recebeu o traço dos excluídos, condição que o Direito reproduziu e como ocorreu a construção e a configuração das identidades que são socialmente aceitas e sacralizadas pela religião na atualidade.
