Resumo: This article, which is inspired on the ideas of Ovídio A. Baptista da Silva, aims to expose how the complexity of the Brazilian appeal system influences to the discredit of judicial activity in the first instance, removing the solution of conflicts from the objective reality which generated them,turning adjudication into a slow and ineffective activity.
