The following work reports the thinking of several authors to highlight the proposed objectives and also aims to expose a problem so current and that we hardly see come to the fore in the scenario of human rights discussions, or at least in practical situations, such as compulsory, even Which is optional to the student, the presence of the discipline of Religious Education in Brazilian schools and how society (social majority) treats the issue in the light of human rights. It is also intended in this article to highlight how multiculturalism and pluralism can help in this debate, showing some outlets the problem exposed in this work.O presente trabalho tem como objetivos relatar alguns fatos históricos que acabaram por fomentar cada vez mais o preconceito étnico e principalmente o preconceito e a violência religiosa no Brasil.
