Human Rights in Decolonial Perspective: For tn Inclusive Right To Sexuality

Resumo: Human rights are often managed on a European background. Conducts are acquiesced from a local ethical standard, for that reason, a decolonial perspective of Human Rights is needed. As an example, the presented article discusses the overcoming of Brazilian heteronormativity as an invented and naturalized tradition. Therefore, by the analysis of Brazilian History, it is possible to identify the imposition of a sexual standard, mostly as a result of colonialism. Hence, the article defends the epistemic disobedience proposed by the decolonial and multicultural option in order to assure a more inclusive practice of Human Rights, especially those relative to sexuality.

Condutas são avalizadas a partir de um padrão ético localizado, razão por que uma perspectiva decolonial dos direitos humanos é necessária. Como exemplo, o presente artigo discute a superação da heteronormatividade brasileira enquanto tradição inventada e naturalizada. Afinal, pela análise de nossa história, é possível identificar a imposição de um certo padrão sexual, principalmente em razão do colonialismo.
