Resumo: This work proposes to analyze access to environmental justice, highlighting the obstacles and prospects for their achievement. The study is built in three sections. Initially, the analysis is directed to the movement for environmental justice. In the second part, the impediments to the promotion of access to environmental justice are appointed. In the third part, are presented alternatives that can work together to expand the movement for environmental justice, and to facilitate the promotion of access to justice. The research was primarily literature and documents, having served the qualitative approach and deductive method of data analysis.
