Resumo: This article intends to relate to sexual and gender diversity, with emphasis on transsexual and their access to the labor market. In this sense they will be addressed, prejudice and discriminatory practices against transsexuals, as well as the need to provide labor opportunities to minorities and vulnerable groups, proposing among others, State measures and changes in socially entrenched ideologies. Finally, it calls to mention that it is theoretical perquisition, which used to search for references, articles and scientific journals. The method adopted is inductive, by studying particular cases to the general.

Nessa acepção serão abordados, os preconceitos e práticas discriminatórias contra transexuais, assim como a necessidade de conceder oportunidades de trabalho às minorias e grupos vulneráveis, propondo-se dentre outros, medidas estatais e mudanças em ideologias socialmente arraigadas. Enfim, insta mencionar que se trata de perquirição teórica, em que se utilizou de pesquisa em bibliografias, artigos, e revistas científicas.
