Resumo: The search for hermeneutically correct answer appears to be a need to be found in the procedural core. So no longer should seek eternal and absolute truths, but the best answer to the case object of judgment. Therefore, we seek to investigate whether the score sheet can be a tool for airmen who arrive at the correct answer. It was used as a "method" approach and hermeneutic phenomenology as "method" of the procedure "method" structuralist. Thus, it appears that the summaries alone are not incompatible with the correct answer, which makes both opposites is your application so rooted in a metaphysical matrix.

Assim, não mais se deveriam buscar verdades eternas e absolutas, mas a melhor resposta ao caso objeto de julgamento. Diante disso, busca-se investigar se a súmula pode ser um instrumento aviado para que se chegue à resposta correta. Utilizou-se como “método” de abordagem a fenomenologia hermenêutica e como “método” de procedimento o “método” estruturalista.
