This work is based on the approach of the celebration of children's employment contract , given the numerous cases of abuse and exploitation of youth arm into the hand of exhaustive work of artistic and sports activities without excluding the use of prepubescent images in marketing , commercial and advertising. Aims to demonstrate the illegalities practiced day after day in front of television cameras and theatrical, circus arenas and sports training centers for children and adolescents, among other venues. Permission of children labor without minimum of dignity goes against the legal requirements listed in our legal system, both in our highest law as the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Law 8.069/90). Using the deductive method of research, readings were performed in works and scientific articles always guided by the relevant legislation of child labor contract , historicity of child labor in Brazil and international treaties to which we are signatories. In the interpretation of modern society with a fully capitalist look engaging with children and adolescents ignoring the law which, in turn, prohibits the granting of authorization to under sixteen for the artwork as movies, commercials, soap operas, advertising, circus activities, sports and any other form of early work, since the ultimate goal of those who hire children and adolescents with nothing more than financial returns to the detriment of their fundamental rights.
