Resumo: The Person with Disabilities Statute (Law 13.146/2015), elaborated on the basis of the Convention of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, is an important instrument for persecuting the fundamental right to work for one of the "major" existing minorities in the world. This study, based on a deductive method and guided by an analytical- critical frame, traces the relationship between the social inclusion of people with disabilities through work and the promotion of national development (sustainable), highlighting the possibility of contemporary use of public bids with this aim, in order to promote corporate social responsibility.
