Resumo: The capitalism supremacy, its sense, its displacements, crisis generated from it and by it, will be addressed, albeit briefly, under the historical, philosophy and legal aspects, with a close look also to the weakening of political power and international organisations, that are losing the ability to generate social welfare, which jeopardise the democracy and the global commitment to seeking social justice, circumstances in relation to which Brazil, in a globalised world, is also exposed, representing a teste for the normative force of the Constitution and the reach of reaction to the protests and demonstrations which occurred in the contry’s streets and squares.
