Resumo: Recognition is a category often used to discuss the issue of identity and difference , so their relevance becomes necessary in the legal sense . The question posed is : What forms and recognition of efficiency in social and family field in social security law ? The purpose of this article is therefore to bring the discussion the process of social recognition and influence of cultural structure and the whole complexity of factors . The research is systemic theory that takes the sociological approach, both conceptually and empirically the legal systems.
