Resumo: It is discussed in this article, the numerous conflicts between trademarks and domain name. This time the mark is a sign applied to products or services of one person, serving to distinguish them from their competitors. However, the domain name is like an Internet address, it indicates a source .. The domain name or domal name, is represented by a series of words, for greater storage. " In this sense, this paper analyzes and concludes that the reproduction of a trademark in the domain name must be curbed, since it entails a risk of confusion in the consumer's eyes.

Desta feita a marca é um signo aplicado aos produtos ou serviços de uma pessoa, servindo distingui-los de seus concorrentes. Entretanto o nome de domínio é como um endereço na internet, ele indica uma fonte. O nome de domínio ou domais name, é representado por uma série de palavras, para uma maior memorização”.
