Resumo: This paper reflects on access to the intangible assets starting the examination of international and national law, including the Berne Convention, the copyright law and the bill on the issue, highlighting the implications for the effectuation of human rights in the information societies. The copyright protection, which involves individual and collective interests, impact on transnational interests. With methodological support in the bibliographical and documentary research, analyzes the regulatory framework mentioned in terms of the increasing access to intangible property and human rights.
