Resumo: Se describen tres casos de adiaspiromicosis con manifestaciones clínicas agudas y lesiones pulmonares difusas. Dieciséis casos similares relatados previamente son también revisados. La mejor designación para esta síndrome es adiaspiromicosis pulmonar aguda.
