Resumo: The constant and high use of herbicides in agriculture has been increasingly frequent in Brazil and in the world, among them is Glyphosate. Among the byproducts of the degradation that such product generates, is the AMPA that has a long persistence in the soil. In this context, the objective of this work was to evaluate behavioral changes in the Eisenia andrei species in tropical and natural artificial soil, as well as in the species Pontoscolex corethurus and Amynthas gracilis in natural soil, in comparison with exposure to aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA). In order to do so, we performed leakage tests with earthworm species, according to ISO (17512-1, 2007), for the concentrations of 500, 750 e 1000 g.kg-1 of soil. In the results obtained from the Eisenia andrei escape test in the natural forest soil, it was observed that there was a significant difference between all the treatments compared to the control. However, for the species Pontoscolex corethrurus and Amynthas gracilis, there was rejection of the organisms in the natural soil for all the concentrations, also having significant difference compared to the negative control in all the treatments. However, it can be concluded that the study showed an effect on the choice of habitat against the tested product for all soil worm species, as well as on the Eisenia andrei species tested on tropical artificial soil. Thus, complementary ecotoxicological studies are still necessary to evaluate the AMPA's behavior in the behavior of earthworm species and in different regions and soil types, knowing the diversity of these in Brazil, thus improving the biodiversity of the soil and the ecosystem, in this way, to improve knowledge of the causes of the product in the environment.
