Resumo: Due to the rapid evolution of technologies and economic and environmental gains, energy efficiency has gained increasing prominence on the world stage. One of the types of buildings with a great possibility of applying this type of measure are public and philanthropic hospitals, due to the social service they provide and the chronic lack of resources that affects the sector in Brazil. In this scenario, the present study seeks to raise awareness about the inefficient electrical equipment existing in hospital units and the consequent possibility of improving the efficiency of energy consumption in hospitals. The objective of this research is to demonstrate with practical examples the stages of the process of preparing an energy efficiency project, according to regional Copel and national ANEEL manuals. The project was based on data provided by the hospital and data collected through visits to the consumer unit. There was a total of 844 equipment analyzed present in every sector of the 3500 m² hospital. With this, all of the representative categories of consumption in the hospital were analyzed, which amount for a total of 34.641,58 kWh, and determined which equipment had technical and economic feasibility for the replacement for more efficient equipment. . It was proposed to replace 354 pieces of equipment, including lighting, air conditioning and refrigeration. It was also proposed to implement a power generation system, using a 300 kWp photovoltaic system in the unit, which will supply the entire energy demand, after applying efficiency measures in the hospital. All proposed measures were analyzed using the costbenefit calculation method, a metric commonly used in this type of project in public calls. The total cost of the project was estimated at R$ 1,484,595.53, which can be received on a non-refundable basis, reaching an overall cost-benefit of 0.81 and savings of R$ 136 thousand per year for the institution. The project now presented contains energy efficiency measures in four end uses and has great potential for selection and execution, within a public call for projects.

The project now presented contains energy efficiency measures in four end uses and has great potential for selection and execution, within a public call for projects.-Devido à rápida evolução das tecnologias e aos ganhos econômicos e ambientais, a eficiência energética tem ganhado crescente destaque no cenário mundial. Universidade PositivoBrasilEngenharia de EnergiaUPOmori, Júlio Shigeaki-http://lattes.cnpq.br/4571231670625663Pertile, Rodrigo CreuzMoraes, Victor Henrique de2022-03-04T21:18:48Z2022-03-012022-03-04T21:18:48Z2020-12-01info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisapplication/pdfhttps://repositorio.cruzeirodosul.edu.br/handle/123456789/3221porinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Repositório do Centro Universitário Braz Cubasinstname:Centro Universitário Braz Cubas (CUB)instacron:CUB2022-03-04T21:20:23Zoai:repositorio.cruzeirodosul.edu.br:123456789/3221Repositório InstitucionalPUBhttps://repositorio.brazcubas.edu.br/oai/requestbibli@brazcubas.edu.bropendoar:2022-03-04T21:20:23Repositório do Centro Universitário Braz Cubas - Centro Universitário Braz Cubas (CUB)false
