Resumo: The skin due to your cellular structure, develops numerous functions such as protection against the entry of microorganisms. Given this fact, it becomes an obstacle on permeation of topical substances by low diffusion rate imposed by the stratum corneum. The transfer of active ingredients on the skin, offers numerous advantages, the need to identify and recognize the resources that assist in this process. Liposomes are known and used methods in aesthetic treatments, as well as the Electroporation, which are gaining field in aesthetics. Therefore, it is necessary to extend the knowledge on the use of these tools. This dissertation was divided into two chapters: the first brings a literary review theoretical concepts of Electroporation and Liposomes, known in aesthetics as active methods in the process of cutaneous permeability. This literary review, was based on the characteristics of each instrument, mechanism of action, your application and restriction of use; in the second chapter, an experimental study is presented, with analysis of cutaneous permeability effect of Electroporation, with the aid of a biomarcardor, caffeine, lipossomada upon review by thermography. In this practical process, the sample consisted of 30 women from 18 to 35 years, with the demographic and clinical data sheet. Body regions involved in applications, were subsequent right and left hip. Each region formed a group, the Group 1 (G1) was represented by the posterior right hip region and the Group 2 by lame left posterior femoral. The Group 1 was divided into two quadrants, A and B, with an area of 100 cm2. The quadrant was applied the liposome decaf, triple B, caffeine lipossomada. The 2 group, represented by the lame left femoral region was subdivided into quadrants (C) and (D), with the same dimensions. In quadrant C, only application of Electroporation with liposomes without caffeine, and quadrant D, Electroporation associated with caffeine lipossomada. All the areas were evaluated by thermography made prior to applying T0, immediately after T1 and after 30 (T2), 60 (T3), 90 (T4) and 120 minutes (T5). The data was analyzed to establish, on the basis of comparisons, greater thermal effect, highlighting the places D and B. The D area presented the greatest response in relation to the increase in temperature. This reaction was detected in the period T3, with average increase of 2.45° C, compared to T0. In the same quadrant, during T4 and T5, the temperature remained high when compared to T0, but a little lower than the T3. The B quadrant containing caffeine lipossomada without the Electroporation, reached in the T3 a high average of 0.5 degrees compared to T0, but with fall in other periods. Therefore, the result reached in area B was lower than in d. the Electroporation, proved to be efficient in the permeation of caffeine lipossomada.
