The diverse current trends of the environment concerns such as development, sustainable growth and active participation of the society in the preservation and conservation of the environment are placed as basic conditions to be established in the models that guide the modern societies. Considering this, the paper of the social and environmental education is unquestionable. It must be used as a tool that allows a change of the reality. This work presents a proposal to consider the Social and Environmental Education as tool in the management of the hydrical resources in the south region of the APA of the Passaúna, located near Curitiba. The most important aim of this research is to establish lines of direction for execution of projects that integrate socioambiental education for the residents of the APA of the Passauana’s south region and respective indicators of effectiveness of the social educational activities. The methodology used follows the model called Analysis of Social Educational Intervention (ANISE), that it is constituted by three phases: recognition, diagnosis and decision-taking process. As a result, a Program of Social and Enviromental Intervention was elaborated for APA of the Passaúna. This Program is emphasized in the hydrical resources.
