This paper addresses the new funding model for the cost of Primary Health Care in the Federal District, called Prevent Brazil, in which the amounts to be transferred monthly to states and municipalities started to depend on the results achieved by health indicators. Objective: To analyze the results of the performance indicators of Previne Brasil in the Federal District from 2019 to 2021. Method: This is a descriptive, exploratory study with a quantitative and retrospective approach, with data extracted from the health information system for the Primary Care, except for the indicator of Vaccination Coverage of Inactivated Poliomelite and Pentavalent, which presented incomplete data. These were grouped every four months by year of the period stipulated for the research (2019-2021), then reflexively analyzed using simple descriptive statistics. Results:It is observed that the goals proposed by the Ministry of Health were not achieved and that, to be achieved, a set of actions that seek to encourage the population to seek care ar the Basic Health Unit, in addition to active surveillance, is necessary, population served, in order to design strategies to increase the percentages of each indicator. Final considerations: The importance of analyzing these percentages is evident especially for quality control in management and public health, and it is essential to observe the possible causes of non-achievement of goals, in order to solve them with the health team.
