Health care in the Western world is focused on the use of allopathic medicines, but nowadays the search for other ways to preserve health and avoid side effects, drug interactions and intoxication stimulate the search for other ways to preserve health and avoid diseases. Homeopathy differs from other therapeutic systems in clinical reasoning, in the type and preparation of the medication used. Homeopathy was introduced as an alternative healthcare practice within the scope of health services and its proposal for its insertion in the SUS as a comprehensive health care practice, in addition to its effectiveness, safety and trust on the part of the user and a relevant low cost , justifying a philosophical view in line with the SUS. This study aims at the study carried out to cover the use of homeopathy in SUS, and as patients adhere to consultations and homeopathic treatment, the methodology used for this work was developed through a documentary research, carrying out an investigation through documents , with the objective of describing and comparing customs, behaviors, differences and other characteristics, both in the present and in the past, in order to acquire knowledge about the therapeutic treatment of Homeopathy in the Unified Health System (SUS).
