Resumo: Introduction: Female sexuality is an object of multifactorial and peculiar study which there are several paradigms and taboos that directly interfere in its understanding and study. In medicine, sexuality began to emerge from the twentieth century and this was due to the research and development of contraceptive and conceptual technologies and the parallel involvement with other areas of knowledge. The entry of women into the labor market was essential for the decentralization of the reproductive vision of the female body, but this did not change the female body's self-perception. This problem causes knowledge about the female body to be restricted and little disseminated in society, requiring measures in health education and identification of factors that can trigger future dysfunctions. Objective: to evaluate aspects related to female corporality linked to body perception, body satisfaction and female sexuality in adult cisgender women. Materials and methods: According to the originality of the study, it is classified as primary, observational and transversal (sectional or transversal). The population comprised of cisgender women over 18 and with broadband internet access based on the IBGE population census. The data were fully compensated and classified according to categories of thought. Descriptive statistics techniques were used to obtain absolute and relative frequencies by category. Results and discussion: The research sample consisted of 110 Brazilian students, mostly residents of Paraíba (88.2%). The sexual orientation prevalent for heterosexual women (84.55%). Marital or affective status with greater predominance was single (52.73%). Most of the women attended high school entirely at a private school and about schooling, most said they had incomplete higher education. The predominant social class is class A. In the last year, most women are affective. When asked whether isolation affected their affective bonds enough, physical contact was relevant to the positive or negative response. No Dresden Body Image Questionnaire (DBIQ) established a neutral response pattern in relation to the median for all subscales (vitality, contact, sexual performance and selfaggrandizement). The lowest average obtained was in the vitality subscale. On the Adapted Satisfaction with Appearance Scale (ASWAPS), they obtained more positive responses with the vulvar image and more negative responses with the abdomen. In the Functional Index of Female Satisfaction (FIFS), vulvar satisfaction (ASWAPS) was directly proportional to satisfaction with sexual arousal. The same happened for 7 lubrication, orgasm, sexual satisfaction and conversely for pain. ASWAPS averages are also related to desire, being directly proportional to appearance. Conclusion: It was seen that there is greater comfort in relation to corporeality in people with a greater degree of proximity. In relation to female sexual functionality, satisfaction with the genitalia is inversely proportional to sexual discomfort. Aesthetic issues also impacted sexual functioning. Basins are more studies to elucidate the issue of female corporality and sexuality in the lower social classes and the impact of social isolation on interpersonal people and the maintenance of sexuality

Basins are more studies to elucidate the issue of female corporality and sexuality in the lower social classes and the impact of social isolation on interpersonal people and the maintenance of sexualityIntrodução: A sexualidade feminina é um objeto de estudo multifatorial e peculiar em que há vários paradigmas e tabus que interferem diretamente na sua compreensão e estudo.
