As práticas das organizações e o desenvolvimento sociotécnico: um estudo de caso de um sistema regional de inovação vitivinícola

Resumo: One of the big responsible for the growth of nations worlwide are their organizations, and one of the ways of strengthening them is the organization of business agglomerates that receive different names, such as clusters, APLs, innovation systems, among others. On the other hand, the growth and the reach of perenniality by the organizations is linked to the capacity of innovation, wich is a big challenge, taking in consideration that innovating refers to making it different, wich does not always please the society where the innovation emerges, therefore it needs to overcome challenges until it disseminates in the society. In this context, the present study sought to understand the process of sociothecnical development of business clusters, using as object of study a sectoral nucleus of winemakers, wich is characterized as a regional system of innovation. As theoretical support to the study, the theory of regional systems of innovation, the theory of sociothecnical transition and the theory of social practices were chosen. The objective of this work is to understand how the practics of winemakers relate to the sociothecnical development of a regional system of innovation. To achieve this objective, this work carried out a study of case, adopting qualitative strategies of research, under philosophical assumptions of social constructivism and interpretivism. Several methods of data collection were used, such as interviews, observings – indirect and participant, field journal and documentary research. This research is characterized as exploratory and descriptive, exploratory, because it aimed at the familiarization of the researcher with the subject, being the first part of the research and descriptive, because it described the process. The level of analysis of the study is micro – of niches – accordingly with the multilevel perspective, and the unity of analysis are the practices and relations developed among the actors. For the analysis and interpretation of data, content analysis, narrative analysis and in some cases discourse analysis were used. The studied concluded that the use of the qualitative strategy was assertive, being indispensable the use of observation for the understanding of the meanings required in order to achieve the objectives. Besides that, it was concluded that the process and sociothecnical transition in innovation systems is loaded with subjective components as social practice elements: acceptance, understandings, motivation, rules, learning and teleoafectives structures that are inherent to the actor that form the researched system, thereupon they must be analyzed with the support of a theory with an interpretative or social constructivist bias.

Por outro lado, o crescimento e o alcance da perenidade das organizações estão vinculados à capacidade de inovação, o que é um grande desafio, pois inovar remete à expressão “fazer diferente”, o que nem sempre agrada à sociedade onde tal inovação surge, e por isso precisa superar desafios até se disseminar na sociedade. Nesse contexto, o presente estudo buscou compreender o processo de desenvolvimento sociotécnico dos aglomerados empresariais, utilizando como objeto de estudo, um núcleo setorial de vitivinicultores, o qual é caracterizado como um sistema regional de inovação. Como suporte teórico ao trabalho, escolheu-se a teoria dos sistemas regionais de inovação, a teoria da transição sociotécnica e a teoria das práticas sociais. O objetivo desta pesquisa é compreender como as práticas dos produtores vitivinícolas se relacionam com o desenvolvimento sociotécnico de um sistema regional de inovação. Para se alcançar tal objetivo, este trabalho realizou um estudo de caso, adotando estratégias qualitativas de pesquisa, sob pressupostos filosóficos do construtivismo social e do interpretativismo. Foram utilizados métodos diversos de coleta de dados, como entrevistas, observações - indireta e participante, diário de campo, e pesquisa documental. Esta pesquisa é caracterizada como exploratória, pois buscava a familiarização do pesquisador com o tema em sua primeira fase, e descritiva, pois descreveu todo o processo. O nível de análise do trabalho é o micro - dos nichos - de acordo com a perspectiva multi-nível, e a unidade de análise, são as práticas e as relações desenvolvidas entre os atores. Para a análise e interpretação dos dados, foram utilizadas as técnicas análise de conteúdo, análise da narrativa e em alguns casos a análise do discurso. O estudo concluiu que foi assertiva a utilização da estratégia qualitativa, sendo imprescindível a utilização da observação para a apreensão dos significados necessários ao alcance dos objetivos.
