With the increase in consumption chains, foreign trade has never been more important to the economy of a nation and its individuals. It is becoming easier and more accessible to carry out commerce by digital means. The effective step of this process, the transport of the goods itself, the technological advancements did not arrive at the same speed. Companies have several difficulties when negotiating with each other, the most varied aspects of transport, as each company and often each country has a particular way of handling information. This bureaucracy makes the process more expensive, inefficient and increasingly difficult to be audited. With this work, we propose to solve this gap between the technological advances in the buying and selling processes, and the transport process. With the help and expertise of a professional in the area, we map the main obstacles in the current process and propose technological and operational solutions in the performance of professionals, so that the technology also reaches this point in the process.
