The purpose of a book of stories and memories is to share memories and emotions, which will give meaning and meaning to all experiences, presenting places, people and emotions over time. These stories and memories are marked by proposals for social transformation, by desires and aspirations that ended up being experienced and shared by all the subjects involved with Cruzeiro do Sul Educacional. The memories that expand, recompose and reinvent themselves are presented in this work, as an attempt to reflect and remember. The journey through the stories is presented so that readers can understand how Cruzeiro do Sul Educacional was formed. In the first chapter, entitled “The Awakening of Memories”, we present our origins in the 1960s, with the creation of the Admission Course and, in the same period, of Colégio Cruzeiro do Sul. In the second chapter, “The Portal for the Future ”, The journey continues with the understanding of how Cruzeiro do Sul Educacional's first higher education courses arose, and also how the first acquisitions occurred in the 1970s and 1980s. In “The Universality of the Cruzeiro do Sul University”, we will understand the process of constitution of the Cruzeiro do Sul University and, in the fourth chapter, “O Horizonte é o Limite”, we will verify the professionalization of the Rectory and management positions and, also, the expansion of the Cruzeiro do Sul University to other neighborhoods in the city of São Paulo. Finally, in the last chapter, “The Constellation”, our journey will continue and reach contemporary times, with an understanding of how Cruzeiro do Sul Educacional was formed, its expansion, new acquisitions, where we will meet the new stars of our constellation.
