Resumo: | Many problems with equipment breakdowns are directly related to poor management, in many cases, the lack of control related to stops and losses generate negative impacts in the commercial area of sale of a product. This work proposes and performs maintenance management for gas stations fueled by CNG. The work will go through theoretical foundations raised by renowned authors both in quality and in preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, confirming that a good process management, when it comes to preventive maintenance, can align and increase sales in m³ of a supply unit. Creating a breakout sheet was the first step in understanding breakpoints in the process. With this, other actions came immediately, such as the implementation of monitoring of equipment hours, use of Quality Tools such as brainstorming, Ishikawa diagram and PDCA cycle. It is important to point out that the preventive relationship is based on manufacturers manuals. The collection of hours was made through constant technical visits to the equipment. With the execution of the PDCA, the intended success was achieved. What was up to the management was the predictive monitoring, which, based on the instrumentation, was executed with perfection. This shows that the objectives set out in this work were achieved. Confirmation of success was placed through the sales relationship before the implementation of the management and after the implementation. The results show an extremely expressive growth. The data collected are real and provided by the focus unit of the study. It is important to point out that the management is applied to all 15 equipment in the service station network, but for accessibility and understanding reasons, a case of more problematic equipment was focused to show the new management. |

Esse trabalho propõe e executa uma gestão de manutenção para postos de combustíveis alimentados por GNV. O trabalho irá através embasamentos teóricos levantados por autores renomados tanto na qualidade, quanto em manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas, ratificar que um bom gerenciamento de processos, quando tange manutenção preventiva, pode alinhar e aumentar as vendas em m³ de uma unidade de abastecimento. A criação de uma planilha de ruptura, foi o primeiro passo para entender os pontos de quebras no processo. Com essa, vieram outras ações de imediato, como a implantação de monitoramento de horas dos equipamentos, utilização de Ferramentas da Qualidade como brainstorming, diagrama de Ishikawa e ciclo PDCA. É importante salientar que a relação preventiva é com base em manuais de fabricantes. A coleta de horas foi feita através de visitas técnicas constantes nos equipamentos. Com a execução do PDCA, foi obtido êxito no pretendido. O que cabia à gestão era o acompanhamento preditivo, o que, com base na instrumentação, foi executado com perfeição. Isso mostra que os objetivos expostos nesse trabalho foram alcançados. A confirmação do êxito foi colocada através da relação de vendas antes da implantação da gestão e depois da implantação. Os resultados mostram um crescimento extremamente expressivo. Os dados coletados são reais e fornecido pela unidade foco do estudo.
