Resumo: This work had then theme the cohesion & the coherence textual of poems selected of the Murilo Mendes. The structure from the verses & the contents thematic appears connect via a link a good deal strong , the construction aesthetic of the text , with support on the mechanisms of cohesion & coherence. The purpose is analyze the construction from the verses of Mendes , picking meet on it the parts linguistics what guarantee the she sweats cohesion & coherence & they give on the work of the poet a style quite marking. Analyze - if various poems of different phases of it sweats work & on it turned up - if what the poet it worried - if in it constructed only one work quite moderate on it forms from the verses what sometimes if they approach from prose , but no they lose the tempo interior required by poetry of high expression artistic.

A estruturação dos versos e o conteúdo temático aparecem conectados através de um elo muito forte, a construção estética do texto, com apoio nos mecanismos de coesão e coerência. O objetivo é analisar a construção dos versos de Mendes, buscando encontrar neles os elementos lingüísticos que garantem a sua coesão e coerência e dão à obra do poeta um estilo bastante marcante.
