With the growing demand for software solutions each year and more professionals entering the market, the need for closer relationship between the two parties became more evident, and one of them is the outsourced work. Therefore, the objective of this project was to build a software that can unite the researched parties, providing an experience of managing and monitoring the project through panels, delivering feedback to professionals and companies involved in carrying out the project. Studies were carried out on labor laws and how we can apply our solution today without breaking any law and the solution found was to make the service available through the outsourcing model. The software was developed following agile methodology for a final product that can connect companies and people, offering project management and the team allocated to carry it out, thus bringing gains for those involved, in addition to technological benefits for society.
