Distance Education: reports on digital interaction experiences

Resumo: | In view of the pandemic situation and facing the challenge of using distance education as a way to prevent the spread of covid-19, classes were supported by digital technologies. Since all the stages of education have been impacted, there is a concern with how digital interaction took place in favor of teaching and learning. Hence, based on the reports of five students taking a course unit from the Graduate Program of the Federal University of Alagoas, this paper aims at discussing and analyzing the conceptualization and importance of interaction in favor of collective work. A qualitative descriptive research methodology was applied, and a questionnaire was made available in the course’s VLE (Moodle) for the students to respond to. The results demonstrated the advantages and disadvantages of distance education related to digital connections during social isolation. This paper is expected to add to the discussions developed so far, and in need of being rethought in the field of education, thus providing learning conditions for students and making virtualization visible as an assumption when teaching in face of emergency situations. |

Como a educação foi impactada em todas as etapas, há uma inquietação no despertar de como ocorreu a interação no contexto digital em prol do processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Nesse aspecto, o artigo visa discutir e analisar a conceitualização e a importância da interação em prol do trabalho colaborativo, a partir de relatos de cinco estudantes de uma disciplina do Curso do Programa de Pós-Graduação da Universidade Federal de Alagoas. Trata-se de uma metodologia de pesquisa qualitativa descritiva, tendo sido aplicado um questionamento para a turma, por meio do moodle. Os resultados demonstram as vantagens e desvantagens advindas da modalidade remota, ao transversalizar com as conexões digitais durante o período de isolamento social.
