Resumo: The objective of this work was to evaluate pollen dispersal from transgenic to non-transgenic soybean plants. Non-transgenic soybean plants were cultivated surrounding transgenic soybean plants carrying the ahas (for herbicide tolerance against imazapyr) and gus genes. Pollen dispersal was evaluated by the presence of both dominant genes in the progenies of non-transgenic plants. The highest amount of transgenic pollen dissemination was observed in the first row, 0.5m distant from the central plot (0.44% to 0.45%). The frequency of pollen dispersion has drastically decreased in the row 2 (0.04% to 0.14%), reaching zero by the row 13, which was 6.5 m distant from the central plot.

Pesquisa Agropecuaria BrasileiraPesquisa Agropecuária BrasileiraAbud, SérgioSouza, Plinio Itamar Mello deMoreira, Claudete TeixeiraAndrade, Solange Rocha MonteiroUlbrich, Adolfo VitórioVianna, Giovanni RodriguesRech, Elibio LeopoldoAragão, Francisco José Lima2003-10-01info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://seer.sct.embrapa.br/index.php/pab/article/view/6694Pesquisa Agropecuaria Brasileira; v.38, n.10, out. 2003; 1229-1235Pesquisa Agropecuária Brasileira; v.38, n.10, out. 2003; 1229-12351678-39210100-104xreponame:Pesquisa Agropecuária Brasileira (Online)instname:Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecuária (Embrapa)instacron:EMBRAPAporhttps://seer.sct.embrapa.br/index.php/pab/article/view/6694/3751info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2014-08-11T19:38:16Zoai:ojs.seer.sct.embrapa.br:article/6694Revistahttp://seer.sct.embrapa.br/index.php/pabPRIhttps://old.scielo.br/oai/scielo-oai.phppab@sct.embrapa.br || sct.pab@embrapa.br1678-39210100-204Xopendoar:2014-08-11T19:38:16Pesquisa Agropecuária Brasileira (Online) - Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecuária (Embrapa)false
