Resumo: Aiming to obtain plantlets regeneration of "caiaué" (Elaeis oleifera) plants and of their hybrid with African oil palm plants (Elaeis guineensis) via somatic embryogenesis, zygotic embyos were inoculated into modified Murashige & Skoog 1962 (MS) medium, plus 2,4 dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and N6 - (∆2 - isopentenyl) adenine (2iP). The embryos formation and subsequent shoots growth were obtained after the developed calli were subcultured in a sequence of modified MS media without auxin. Histological differences were found between primary and secondary calli. The rooting of shoots was induced by naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA). The plantlets were put In a prenursery after a short period under high humidity conditions.

The plantlets were put In a prenursery after a short period under high humidity conditions. Pesquisa Agropecuaria BrasileiraPesquisa Agropecuária BrasileiraCid, Luis Pedro Barrueto2014-04-17info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://seer.sct.embrapa.br/index.php/pab/article/view/14237Pesquisa Agropecuaria Brasileira; v.22, n.1, jan. 1987; 109-113Pesquisa Agropecuária Brasileira; v.22, n.1, jan. 1987; 109-1131678-39210100-104xreponame:Pesquisa Agropecuária Brasileira (Online)instname:Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecuária (Embrapa)instacron:EMBRAPAporhttps://seer.sct.embrapa.br/index.php/pab/article/view/14237/8171info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2014-09-26T14:32:28Zoai:ojs.seer.sct.embrapa.br:article/14237Revistahttp://seer.sct.embrapa.br/index.php/pabPRIhttps://old.scielo.br/oai/scielo-oai.phppab@sct.embrapa.br || sct.pab@embrapa.br1678-39210100-204Xopendoar:2014-09-26T14:32:28Pesquisa Agropecuária Brasileira (Online) - Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecuária (Embrapa)false
