Resumo: | The germination of pollen and tube elongation of tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.), on artificial medium were drastically reduced by dry residues of chlorothalonil 75% WP (3.200 ppm of a.i.), mancozeb 80% WP (2.400 ppm of a.i.), mancozeb 48% WP (1.680 ppm of a.i.) + metalaxyl 10% WP (350 ppm of a.i.), and dibrom 86% EC (1.030 ppm of a.i.). Cartap 50% SP (600 ppm of a.i.) had no effect upon pollen germination but reduced tube elongation by 38.2% in relation to control. the spreaders stickers, alkyl phenol ethoxylate 25% AS (70 ppm of a.i.) and naphthenic hydrocarbons + ethoxylate compounds 86% - (1.720 ppm of a.i.), and the insecticides abamectin 1.8% EC (300 ppm of a.i.), deltamethrin 2.5% EC (10 ppm of a.i.), methamidophos 60% LC (600 ppm of a.i.), and permethrin 50% EC (100 ppm of a.i.) were noninjurious to pollen. |

Pesticides in vitro interference in the germination and in the tube pollinic germination and elongation in the tomato plant Cultivar Santa Cruz kadaInterferência in vitro de agrotóxicos na germinação e no desenvolvimento do tubo polínico do tomateiro, cultivar Santa Cruz kadatomato; Lycopersicon esculentum; pollen; pesticides actiontomate; Lycopersicon esculentum; pólen; ação de pesticidasThe germination of pollen and tube elongation of tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.), on artificial medium were drastically reduced by dry residues of chlorothalonil 75% WP (3.200 ppm of a.i.), mancozeb 80% WP (2.400 ppm of a.i.), mancozeb 48% WP (1.680 ppm of a.i.) + metalaxyl 10% WP (350 ppm of a.i.), and dibrom 86% EC (1.030 ppm of a.i.). A germinação do pólen e o crescimento do tubo polínico foram drasticamente reduzidos pelos resíduos secos de clorotalonil 750 PM (3.200 ppm do i.a.), mancozebe 800 PM (2.400 ppm do i.a.), metalaxil + mancozebe 100 + 480 PM (350 + 1.680 ppm do i.a.) e dibromo 860 CE (1.030 ppm do i.a.). O resíduo seco do Cartap 500 PS (600 ppm do i.a.) não afetou a germinação do pólen, mas reduziu o comprimento do tubo polínico em 38,2% em relação ao da testemunha. O resíduo seco dos espalhantes adesivos alquil - fenol - poliglicoléter 250 SA (70 ppm do i.a.) e hidrocarbonetos naftênicos e compostos etoxilados 860 - (1.720 ppm do i.a.), bem como dos inseticidas abamectina 18 CE (300 ppm do i.a.), deltametrina 25 CE (10 ppm do i.a.), metamidofos 600 SC (600 ppm do i.a.) e permetrina 500 CE (100 ppm do i.a.) não foram daninhos ao pólen.Pesquisa Agropecuaria BrasileiraPesquisa Agropecuária Brasileirade Lacerda, Cynthia Araújode Lima, José Oscar Gomesde Almeida, Élcio Cruzde Oliveira, Laede Maffia1994-11-01info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://seer.sct.embrapa.br/index.php/pab/article/view/4219Pesquisa Agropecuaria Brasileira; v.29, n.11, nov. 1994; 1651-1656Pesquisa Agropecuária Brasileira; v.29, n.11, nov. 1994; 1651-16561678-39210100-104xreponame:Pesquisa Agropecuária Brasileira (Online)instname:Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecuária (Embrapa)instacron:EMBRAPAporhttps://seer.sct.embrapa.br/index.php/pab/article/view/4219/1510info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2010-04-08T14:09:21Zoai:ojs.seer.sct.embrapa.br:article/4219Revistahttp://seer.sct.embrapa.br/index.php/pabPRIhttps://old.scielo.br/oai/scielo-oai.phppab@sct.embrapa.br || sct.pab@embrapa.br1678-39210100-204Xopendoar:2010-04-08T14:09:21Pesquisa Agropecuária Brasileira (Online) - Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecuária (Embrapa)false |
