Resumo: | From the last three decades, there has been a growing perception that the restoration of degraded ecosystems is necessary to guarantee a minimum life quality for future generations. The objective of this work was to evaluate the successional agroforestry systems of Vale do Ribeira, using ecological restoration indicators present in the Brazilian legislation and the in international concepts presented by the Society for Ecological Restoration, and to point out possible solutions to optimize its potential. The successional agroforestry systems in the Vale do Ribeira proved to be efficient, effective and engaged as ecological restoration practices, since they meet the ecological restoration indicators of the legislation and most of the concepts of restoration ecology. Public policies should be developed aiming regulatory incentives and technological solutions to increase income generation by these systems. |

Embrapa Florestas2023-04-30info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/octet-streamhttps://pfb.cnpf.embrapa.br/pfb/index.php/pfb/article/view/217910.4336/2023.pfb.43e202102179Pesquisa Florestal Brasileira; v. 43 (2023)Pesquisa Florestal Brasileira; Vol. 43 (2023)1983-26051809-3647reponame:Pesquisa Florestal Brasileira (Online)instname:Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecuária (Embrapa)instacron:EMBRAPAporhttps://pfb.cnpf.embrapa.br/pfb/index.php/pfb/article/view/2179/1691Copyright (c) 2023 Carlos Eduardo Sícoli Seoane, Ocimar José Batista Bim, Artur Dalton Lima, Luís Cláudio Maranhão Froufehttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessSeoane, Carlos Eduardo SícoliBim, Ocimar José Batista Lima, Artur Dalton Froufe, Luís Cláudio Maranhão 2023-03-16T12:47:49Zoai:pfb.cnpf.embrapa.br/pfb:article/2179Revistahttps://pfb.cnpf.embrapa.br/pfb/index.php/pfb/PUBhttps://pfb.cnpf.embrapa.br/pfb/index.php/pfb/oaipfb@embrapa.br || revista.pfb@gmail.com || patricia.mattos@embrapa.br1983-26051809-3647opendoar:2023-03-16T12:47:49Pesquisa Florestal Brasileira (Online) - Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecuária (Embrapa)false |
