Resumo: | The aim of this study was to identify fungi species associated with aroeiravermelha (Schinus terebinthifolius Raddi) seeds. Seeds were collected from mother trees in Quatro Barras, Campina Grande do Sul and Bocaiúva do Sul municipalities, State of Parana, Brazil. Blotter test method was adopted for detecting fungi from aroeira seeds. It was possible to identify 10 different fungi genus, like Fusarium, Alternaria, Pestalotia, Penicillium, Aspergillus,Trichoderma, Chaetomium, Nigrospora, Geotrichum and Mucor and to distinguish Fusarium as the most frequent genus among studied samples. |
