Resumo: The aim of this study was to dedifferentiate cells of internodes of Capsicum annuum cv. Yolo Wonder into calluses, supplementing the culture medium with the growth regulators 2,4-D (0, 4.52, 9.05 and 18.10 µM) and BA (0, 0.44, 2.22 and 11.10 µM) in factorial combinations; and to evaluate the proliferation of callus cells in the different combinations of regulators.
