Resumo: The article objective to analyze the jurisprudence of the Federal Supreme Court signed at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, in the year 2020, under two aspects: federative competencies and the mandatory observance of technical and scientific standards by the authorities of the Government. Through a methodological approach of inference, based on the doctrine and judgments of the Federal Supreme Court, we seek to reach a conclusion on the legal-political repercussion of this constitutional jurisprudence of the coronavirus pandemic, especially in the initial year of the restrictive measures, for the development, in general, of public policies in times of crisis in the context of the federative conflict in Brazil.
