Resumo: The text that follows deals with extrajudicial protest, more specifically on the status of official credit recovery vehicle in Brazil that it has been achieving. In this line, it represents a true means for the prevention of litigation, in line with the international legal agenda that has been seeking as the north the adjudication and the creation of alternative means to the satisfaction of rights.
