Resumo: The Procedural Civil Code established the invalidation action to dispute about a procedural act, in the article 966, 4º. Therefore, it is necessary delimit the structure and functionality of procedural act and this special characteristics, which is on the text of the law. From this dogmatic precision, it is possible to identify the procedural implications of the invalidation action, a peculiar demand whose demands operational attention. Even more, in a time when there is growing the administrative dispute resolutions - such as mediation, conciliation, among others, the point is the analysis of this issues.
