Resumo: The application of nutrients from different sources can alter their availability in the soil, and the soil can also be affected by the management system. To study these aspects, we evaluated the effects of the use, along nine years, of five nutrient sources (test – without fertlizaton, soluble fertlizers, poultry liter, catle slurry, and swine slurry) associated with five soil management systems (no-tll, reduced tllage and conventonal tllage, the last one with crop residues kept on the soil, burned or removed), on the available Cu and Zn content in a Typic Hapludox in samples collected in layers of up to 5,5 to 10, 10 to 20 and 20 to 40cm deep at the end of the ninth year of experimentaton. We also evaluated the levels of the nutrients in the biomass of the intercropping of black oat + common vetch and in the index leaves of corn in samples collected at the tme of flowering in the tenth year. The content of available Cu and Zn increased in the surface layers of soil with theapplicaton of pig slurry, especially in management systems with little soil disturbance. In crops growing during the tenth year of experimentaton there was an increase in Zn content in the aboveground biomass of the intercropping of black oat + common vetch and in the index leaves of corn with the applicaton of pig slurry, as well as a positive correlaton between thecontent of this nutrient in the soil and in plant tssue.
