Resumo: Abstract: Introduction: CAPS enable the materialization of the actions of the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform. And these actions can be analyzed through the information system data of the record of the practices of the CAPS teams. Objective: to characterize the CAPS network and assistance in the DF through the Information System. Method: descriptive and exploratory study, with data collection on a secondary basis (SIA and SCNES), through TABNET/DATASUS, considering the period from 2008 to 2021. Results: 25 types of registered procedures were identified and 18 registered CAPS. The individual attendance record prevailed. In the findings, procedures for the age group between 15 and 19 years old predominated, with a prevalence of males. Conclusions: data from the information system in the DF showed that CAPS practices were composed of individual and collective activities, with a predominance of individual practices. The records of the practices were characterized by the majority of male users, in the age group of children and adolescents. The research highlights the need to invest in expanding the care network and training professionals to better manage the instruments for recording and qualifying information.
