Resumo: Objective: To describe nursing diagnoses through the complaints of patients undergoing gynecological surgery. Methodology: This is a descriptive research, with a quantitative approach carried out through the analysis of 74 medical records. Results: studied study was carried out with 100% female. Regarding marital status, 44.59% were single, 22.97% married, 17.56% divorced, 2% widows, 12.16% not applicable. Discussion: Nine real diagnoses were identified, present in the 74 surgical patients who composed the study. Conclusion: The study allowed for a reflection on the role of nurses, emphasizing the importance of monitoring patients during the postoperative period.

Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa de caráter descritiva, com abordagem quantitativa realizada através da análise de 74 prontuários. Resultados: estudo abordado foi realizado com 100% sexo feminino. Referente ao estado civil, 44,59% eram solteiras, 22,97% casadas, 17,56% divorciadas, 2% viúvas, 12,16% não se aplica. Discussão: Foram identificados nove diagnósticos reais, presentes nas 74 pacientes cirúrgicas que compuseram o estudo.
