Resumo: Introduction: cancer represents the main global public health problem, as it is a disease characterized by uncontrolled and abnormal growth of body cells, which can reach an advanced stage and lead the patient to needing multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary care, such as that provided by the home care service. Objective: to define the sociodemographic, clinical and functional profile of cancer patients treated by physiotherapy NRAD of Taguatinga-DF. Methods: this is a cross-sectional, descriptive study and observational analysis of medical records of cancer patients who were cared for at home, in October 2023. Results: an equal proportion was observed between men and women and prevalence of elderly, married, with complete high school, who deny smoking and alcohol consumption. Multiple myeloma is presented as the most frequent diagnosis and SAH being the most common comorbidity prevalent. Regarding functionality, all participants presented difficulties related to the ability to walk and carry out transfers/changes postural disorders, in addition to muscle weakness and low scores on the PPS scale. Conclusion: the importance of knowing the profile of patients for planning and adequacy of the line of care.
