Resumo: This article investigates how it is possible to formulate a desirable worldwide citizenship from the perspective of an ethics concerned to understand the common anthropological bond. Ethics, when visualized in a sense of tolerance and responsibility, permits sustainable conditions of pleasantness and interaction – esthetical and sustained fundaments of ethics –, what favors and stimulates the amplitude of a worldwide citizenship. The proposed analysis is carried out through deductive method, utilizing the techniques of bibliographical research, referent, book report, category, and operational concept. The biological process can only be full-realized with the interaction between the subjectivity of the being and his externalization in the world, requiring ethics, in a sense of interculturalism, to favor pleasant conditions for human interrelations, making these experience exchanges more bearable and respectful, as well as the living a more fraternal and supportive one, regardless of territorial boundaries, in order to be able to enjoy the global citizen condition in a well maintained and preserved environment.

Editora Dom Helder2016-01-25info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttp://revista.domhelder.edu.br/index.php/veredas/article/view/62710.18623/rvd.v12i24.627Veredas do Direito; Vol. 12 No. 24 (2015): Veredas do Direito – Direito Ambiental e Desenvolvimento Sustentável; 257-286Veredas do Direito; Vol. 12 Núm. 24 (2015): Veredas do Direito – Direito Ambiental e Desenvolvimento Sustentável; 257-286Veredas do Direito – Direito Ambiental e Desenvolvimento Sustentável; v. 12 n. 24 (2015): Veredas do Direito – Direito Ambiental e Desenvolvimento Sustentável; 257-2862179-8699reponame:Veredas do Direito (Online)instname:Escola Superior Dom Helder Câmara (ESDHC)instacron:ESDECporhttp://revista.domhelder.edu.br/index.php/veredas/article/view/627/462Copyright (c) 2016 Veredas do Direito: Direito Ambiental e Desenvolvimento Sustentávelinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessSerraglio, Priscila ZilliFernandes de Aquino, Sérgio Ricardo2020-09-21T11:46:21Zoai:revista.domhelder.edu.br:article/627Revistahttp://revista.domhelder.edu.br/index.php/veredasPRIhttp://revista.domhelder.edu.br/index.php/veredas/oaiveredas@domhelder.edu.br2179-86991806-3845opendoar:2020-09-21T11:46:21Veredas do Direito (Online) - Escola Superior Dom Helder Câmara (ESDHC)false
